That is you get paid for referring a friend A.

You get paid for your friend A referring his friend B.

You get paid for your friends' friend B referring his friend C.

So on upto five levels.

1. First earning is the amount you get for the ads you click. If you are a premium member you get more ads to click. Suppose you get 5 ads per day you make $.05

2. Refer 5 friends. This is level 1. You get $0.10 for each referral. That makes it $0.50

3. Out of the five people you referred, if three of them upgrade you get $2 for each one. That makes it 3 x $2 = $6. Now your total is $0.05 + $0.50 + $6.

4. Suppose your friends each refer 5 of their friends. Three out of five upgrade their account. Your friends get $2 for each upgrade. You get $1 for each of these upgrades at level 2.

So you referred 5 friends. They referred 3 each. That makes it 15. Out of that 9 upgraded. So you get $9. Now your total is $0.05 + $0.50 + $6 + $9.

So on you can calculate for five levels.
